Job description

The application window will be open until at least August 9th, 2026. This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date.

This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Role Description

As a Senior Software ERP Test Engineer at GFiber, you will act as the primary quality steward for our mission-critical ERP applications and complex enterprise systems. You will pioneer advanced end-to-end integration testing, automation frameworks, and robust manual validation strategies for financial and procurement suites (e.g., SAP, Coupa). Beyond standard execution, you serve as a pivotal bridge to field operations, translating urgent production obstacles into sustainable business solutions and strategic engineering improvements.

In this role, you'll:
  • E2E Integration Testing: Architect and execute scalable end-to-end (E2E) testing strategies across the GFiber ecosystem, orchestrating complex integration validation for mission-critical infrastructure, including ERP, billing, and BSS (Business Support Systems).
  • ERP & Financial Quality Engineering: Architect and spearhead comprehensive validation strategies for enterprise ERP platforms and procurement suites (e.g., SAP, Coupa), ensuring rigorous transactional integrity, precise ledger accuracy, and strict financial compliance across the ecosystem.
  • Data Reconciliation & Lifecycle Audits: Orchestrate end-to-end data validation and lifecycle auditing across fragmented ERP ledgers, billing repositories, and third-party vendor integrations to guarantee transactional integrity and reconcile data streams with precision.
  • Technical Escalation & RCA Lead: Act as the definitive technical QA authority for high-priority production escalations, spearheading deep-dive root-cause analysis (RCA) and synthesizing complex technical findings into clear, strategic executive communications and long-term resolution plans.
  • Quality Governance & SDLC Management: Drive quality governance across the full Agile/Scrum SDLC, implementing robust test planning, defect lifecycle management, and comprehensive regression frameworks to facilitate high-velocity, stable product releases.
At a minimum, we would like you to have:
  • 10+ years of proven expertise in Software Quality Engineering, with a specialized focus on large-scale enterprise applications and complex system integrations.
  • Extensive background in testing ERP and ecosystems, spanning functional, integration, regression, and comprehensive manual validation.
  • Direct experience validating mission-critical ERP platforms, specifically SAP (S/4HANA) and cloud procurement solutions like Coupa.
  • Deep proficiency in the Agile/Scrum SDLC, championing modern quality methodologies, strategic test planning, and rigorous defect lifecycle management.
It's preferred if you have:
  • Experience coding in Java or Kotlin for building and scaling automated test frameworks.
  • Experience designing, executing, and maintaining robust UI, API, and backend automation suites within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer or Administrator).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise accounting flows, purchase-to-pay (P2P), record-to-report, and inventory reconciliation validation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and integrating enterprise applications.
  • Experience with load/performance testing and security testing principles.
  • Strong problem-handling skills with the ability to navigate high-pressure field escalation scenarios.
