The Senior Functional ERP Manager - Oracle will be responsible for leading cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization. They will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, driving enterprise application strategy, business process improvements, requirements gathering, solution design, and end-to-end implementation across Oracle ERP and related business systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional IT business initiatives for a global semiconductor organization.
  • Drive enterprise application strategy and business process improvements.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation across Oracle ERP and related systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
