Job description

Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise transformation initiative involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management within a GCC High environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Own the overall ERP project roadmap, execution strategy, governance structure, and delivery accountability

• Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external implementation partners

• Lead Executive Steering Committee meetings and provide project status reporting to leadership

• Develop and manage the master implementation plan across all project workstreams

• Establish project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), escalation procedures, governance frameworks, communication cadences, and risk management processes

• Manage project scope, budget, resource planning, schedules, vendor accountability, and change control processes

• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental teams including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and IT

• Drive alignment between business objectives, technical execution, compliance requirements, and partner activities


ERP Implementation Management

• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementation activities from discovery through post-go-live stabilization

• Coordinate all major implementation phases including:

Solution design

Configuration

Data migration

Integrations

Testing and UAT

Training

Cutover and go-live support

• Partner closely with implementation consultants, solution architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and business leaders

• Facilitate issue resolution and executive decision-making across business and technical teams

• Maintain strong onsite engagement with stakeholders and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.


GCC High & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure implementation activities align with GCC High operational and security requirements

• Coordinate compliance considerations related to ITAR, DFARS, CMMC, and NIST-aligned controls

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams regarding identity, governance, access control, and data protection requirements

• Govern compliance-sensitive deployment activities and secure integration strategies


Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizen required

Must be local able to work onsite in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA throughout the duration of the project

• 8+ years of enterprise ERP project management experience

• 3+ full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and/or Supply Chain Management implementations

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives lasting 12+ months

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering discipline (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) and certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

• Strong experience managing:

ERP governance and Program Management processes.
