Job description

The Microsoft ERP Project Manager will lead a small team of 1-5 members focusing on a mix of implementation, upgrade, and migration projects within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. Reporting to the PMO Director, this role requires strong project management skills to ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions with occasional travel expected (5-25% of the time).

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute ERP projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate and lead a small project team (1-5 members)
  • Manage project budget and oversee financial performance
  • Identify and mitigate project risks
  • Communicate with stakeholders and ensure alignment
  • Allocate resources effectively
  • Maintain and manage project schedules
  • Ensure quality standards and compliance
  • Implement change control procedures
  • Document all project phases and decisions

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP project management

Preferred Qualifications
