ERP Project Managerย 
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the planning, implementation, upgrade, and support of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision). The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate stakeholders, oversee project delivery, and ensure successful ERP implementations that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, migration, upgrade, and optimization projects.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
Coordinate with functional consultants, developers, QA teams, and third-party vendors.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and executive communications.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and solution design discussions.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Ensure adherence to project governance, change management, and quality standards.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Manage data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
Drive continuous process improvements and ERP best practices.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of Project Management experience managing ERP implementation projects.
Experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes including:
Finance & Accounting
Supply Chain Management
Procurement
Inventory Management
Manufacturing (preferred)
Sales & Distribution
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) implementations, upgrades, or migrations to D365 BC.
Experience managing cloud ERP transformation projects.
Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, EDI, Power Platform, and reporting solutions.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure environments.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes.
ERP consulting or implementation partner experience is highly desirable.
