What you need to know about this position:

  • Our Information Services department is located in a secure technical center located minutes from our hospital campus and houses a state-of-the-art data center.
  • This position will focus on Hospital Billing.
  • The team has a family feel, with a team-goal-oriented staff and remote work available.
  • The Epic Analyst – Senior gathers and analyzes user needs for developing, designing, and modifying business applications in the healthcare environment. Includes providing complex Epic application support, writes documentation and specifications.
  • Researches and analyzes complex results, proposes solutions or recommendations in addition to the building, configuring or modifying applications using existing application tools. Must have broad knowledge of application integration and data flow.
  • Serves as an informal leader and must be willing to teach or mentor as needed.
  • The annualized salary range for this position is between $79,165 and $126,443.  Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience.  The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
  • This shift for this position will be 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday with an on-call rotation and occasional weekend requirements based upon the needs of the department.
  • This position is 100% remote approved.

What is required for this position:

  • Upon hire, you must have:
    • High School Diploma with 7 years of experience in a health-related or IS related field, or Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience in a health related or IS related field required
    • One of the following certifications is required:
      • Epic Resolute Professional Billing
      • Epic Resolute Professional Claims and Remittance
    • The following certification is preferred:
      • Epic Resolute Contracts
    • Experience with:
      • Experience with multi-application integration and system inter-dependencies.
      • Experience with cross-discipline healthcare processes and workflows.
