Email Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a well-rounded Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end email marketing initiatives. This role requires someone with hands-on experience across the full email lifecycle, including campaign execution, automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for both building and improving email programs that drive engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, with the ability to take ownership of email performance from setup to optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns across marketing and lifecycle stages
  • Develop and manage automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and re-engagement
  • Create and manage audience segmentation strategies for targeted messaging
  • Execute A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send strategies
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, and revenue
  • Optimize email performance based on data and testing insights
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure high-quality execution
  • Maintain email deliverability and list health best practices
  • Manage campaign calendars and ensure timely execution
  • Ensure all campaigns are QA'd and error-free prior to deployment

Requirements

  • Resume in English
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written)
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing across campaigns and lifecycle automation
  • Experience working with platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar ESPs
  • Strong experience building both campaigns and automated email flows
  • Experience with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of email performance metrics and optimization techniques
  • Experience running A/B tests and improving campaign performance based on data
  • Strong attention to detail, with experience QA'ing campaigns before launch
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in fast-paced or performance-driven environments
