Job description

Weโ€™re seeking an experienced Email Deliverability Specialist to join our growing team at Emailable. As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will play a key role in helping overcome challenges and ensuring our users reach their customers' inbox. By implementing best practices and addressing issues proactively, youโ€™ll help them maintain a positive sender reputation, improve email engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of their email marketing efforts. If you have a strong sense of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of email marketing this is the job for you.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze email deliverability metrics, such as bounce rates, open rates, and spam complaints.
  • Implement best practices for email authentication, including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Identify and resolve deliverability issues that may arise from content, sending frequency, or list quality.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize email templates and content for better deliverability.
  • Manage email sender reputation to maintain a positive relationship with ISPs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, email regulations, and changes in provider policies.
  • Work with ESPs and delivery vendors to troubleshoot and improve deliverability.
