Job Title:  Order Management Deliver Operator - REMOTE
Location:  Cary, NC
Employment: Contract (12 months) Potential to convert Direct

Compensation: $32.00 - $35.20 /hour
Schedule: 40hours /week

Shift Schedules Available:
Shift Schedules
M-F 9:30am-6:30pm.
Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday - Saturday 1:00pm-10:00pm
Sunday - Thursday 1:00pm-10:00pm
M-F 10:00am-7:00pm
M-F 10:00am-7:00pm
M-F 10:30am-7:30pm

100% remote (training included), but must live within 1 hour of Cary, NC

What You'll Do:
  • Process and manage urgent spare part and tool orders in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Respond to a high volume of phone and email inquiries from field service engineers and other stakeholders.
  • Track shipments, backorders, and delivery issues using FedEx, DHL, XPO, and other logistics systems.
  • Investigate and resolve order delays, inventory discrepancies, and other semi-complex fulfilment issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external logistics partners to ensure parts are correctly assigned, shipped, and delivered.

What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+years of experience in order management, logistics, customer service, materials coordination
