Job description

About The Role: We are looking for a Freelance Email Marketing Specialist to design, build, and manage monthly email marketing campaigns for multiple HVAC brands. This role is highly creative and requires the ability to adapt messaging, design, and tone across different companies while executing campaigns inside ServiceTitan Marketing Pro. This is not a one-brand, one-template role. You will be expected to think creatively, tailor campaigns to each brand’s voice, and continuously improve performance across a portfolio of businesses.

Email Marketing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build email marketing campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro for multiple HVAC and home service brands
  • Create both one-time and automated email campaigns, including promotions, maintenance reminders, membership messaging, and customer re-engagement
  • Develop creative email layouts, messaging, and subject lines customized to each brand
  • Manage monthly campaign calendars across multiple companies
  • Build and manage audience segmentation using ServiceTitan customer data
  • Ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines while still pushing creative improvement
  • Monitor performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution
  • Make data-driven optimizations to improve results over time
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align campaigns with broader initiatives

Email Marketing Specialist Required Experience & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience building email campaigns in ServiceTitan Marketing Pro preferred
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, automation, and segmentation
  • Ability to design and write for multiple brands simultaneously without reusing generic templates
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail in both copy and layout
  • Comfort managing recurring monthly deliverables across several businesses
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly
  • Experience in HVAC or home services marketing is strongly preferred

What Success looks like:

  • Each brand receives emails that feel custom, on-brand, and intentional
  • Campaigns are delivered consistently each month without heavy oversight
  • Performance improves over time through testing and optimization
  • Internal teams trust you to own email execution end-to-end
