  • The Marketing Coordinator will play an integral role in supporting the marketing team by assisting with content creation, social media management, and market research to enhance campaign effectiveness across multiple channels. This full-time position involves coordinating event and webinar logistics, tracking email and performance analytics, and contributing to SEO initiatives, all while collaborating with team members on various projects. The Marketing Coordinator will gain hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, AI tools, and project management software, developing expertise across a modern marketing technology stack.

  • Content Creation - Develop and manage content for social media, website, email newsletters, and campaign assets.
  • Market Research - Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences, leveraging tools like Crayon and SEMRush.
  • Social Media Management - Manage and update social profiles, monitor trends, and report on audience insights and engagement metrics.
  • Email Marketing - Support campaign execution and performance tracking using marketing automation platforms.
  • SEO & Analytics - Monitor website performance, keyword rankings, and campaign analytics using SEMRush, Google Analytics, and PowerBI dashboards.
  • Webinar & Podcast Support - Coordinate and produce virtual events, webinars, and podcast content using platforms like Wistia and StreamYard, including promotion, logistics, and post-event reporting.
  • Marketing Automation - Assist in managing and optimizing workflows within Salesforce and related marketing automation tools.
  • Project Support - Contribute to marketing and cross-functional stakeholder initiatives, managing tasks and timelines in Monday.com and Notion.
  • AI-Assisted Marketing - Leverage AI tools including Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to accelerate content production, research, and campaign ideation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; 1-2 years' experience in a marketing-related function preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools. Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Salesforce; HubSpot familiarity a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMRush and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like PowerBI; Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience with competitive intelligence platforms such as Crayon.
  • Familiarity with webinar and podcast production platforms including Wistia and StreamYard.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools including Monday.com and Notion.
  • Comfort using AI productivity tools such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
