Sinclair, Inc. is seeking a Producer to help lead the development and production of highly researched weekly and limited-run documentary podcasts, while supporting the growth of our broader scripted audio projects.
This role is for a highly organized producer with exceptional editorial instincts, strong research, interviewing, and reporting skills, a passion for nonfiction writing and storytelling, and a track record producing multi-platform scripted content. The Producer will work alongside Senior Producers, hosts, and internal stakeholders, and will serve as a key member of the show's creative and operational team. They will help shape editorial direction, conduct research, prepare talent, oversee video and social extensions, and manage operational workflows, ensuring the successful execution of every episode from conception through publication.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $70,000 to $80,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
