Role Overview
We're looking for Showrunners to lead the creative development and production of original series across a wide range of genres and formats.
This role serves as the primary creative lead across development, production, and post-production for multiple ongoing series. You'll work closely with writers, AI filmmakers, editors, and reference designers to shape each project from early concept through final delivery while maintaining a clear creative vision, production quality, and release cadence.
You will oversee approximately 3-5 series simultaneously depending on production scale and episode length.
This role is ideal for someone with strong storytelling instincts, excellent creative judgment, and a deep understanding of emerging AI-native production workflows.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creative development and production of multiple original series
  • Work closely with writers to guide story development, episode structure, tone, and revisions
  • Provide creative direction and feedback on character, prop, and environment reference designs
  • Compose and organize shot lists for each episode to prep AI filmmakers for production
  • Review dailies and rough cuts, providing actionable revision notes for editors and AI filmmakers
  • Ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, tone, visual language, and worldbuilding across each series
  • Collaborate closely with editors, AI filmmakers, designers, and production leadership
  • Manage production timelines and ensure projects remain on schedule
  • Help refine and improve evolving AI-native production workflows
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Strong background in storytelling, filmmaking, animation, editing, or creative direction
  • Deep familiarity with AI image-generation tools
    (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Seedream, Flux, etc.)
  • Deep familiarity with AI video-generation tools
    (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Runway, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, pacing, composition, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working from scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and rough cuts
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive creative feedback across writing, editorial, and visual development
  • Familiarity with the AI filmmaking and creative technology community on X
  • Passion for emerging storytelling formats and AI-powered entertainment production
