Bang Zoom! Studios is looking to expand its freelance ADR Recording Engineer roster for upcoming and ongoing productions.

If you’re an experienced engineer who enjoys capturing audio performances, collaborating with creative teams, and working on animation, anime, and video game projects, we’d love to hear from you.

This opportunity is ideal for engineers who prefer flexible, project-based studio work and want to collaborate with an experienced production team in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What You'll Do

Freelance ADR Recording Engineers support recording sessions across a variety of productions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recording ADR and dubbing sessions for animation, anime, and video game projects
  • Operating Pro Tools during recording sessions
  • Managing session flow with directors, talent, and production teams
  • Maintaining high-quality recording standards
  • Troubleshooting audio issues in real time
  • Supporting a positive and professional studio experience for clients and performers
  • Maintaining session organization and technical readiness
  • Experience in dialogue editing



Experience We're Looking For

Ideal candidates will have strong ADR recording experience and the ability to work confidently in a professional studio environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of voice recording experience in post-production
  • Experience recording ADR or dubbing sessions
  • Experience with animation, anime, video games, or localization
  • Advanced proficiency with Pro Tools
  • Strong understanding of audio signal flow and gain structure
  • Ability to manage sessions involving directors, talent, and multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
