Associate Director, Email & GTM Campaigns at BairesDev We operate at the frontier of technology and tactics for email and outbound marketing.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deploy innovative experiments and work with very ambitious teammates from different disciplines. It's a unique opportunity to grow in a highly impactful team that drives over 8‐figure revenue each year. What You'll Do Optimize automated email and outbound marketing campaigns for lead generation.

Proactively research data and trends to come up with new strategies and technologies to exploit. Build and optimize prompt‐based mass messages. Lead human and AI‐based quality assurance systems to minimize errors in campaigns.

Ensure proper documentation about new projects and existing processes. What we are looking for Experience in B2B Marketing. Experience with Generative AI, including prompt engineering and LLM‐based systems.
