We are looking to hire in the following states: AZ, FL, GA, NJ, PA, TN, TX, UT, ID, MI, MO and WI. Retention Marketing Manager We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to manage customer retention strategy and performance across the customer lifecycle. This role manages a team responsible for lifecycle email, organic social, direct mail, reviews, and brand reputation. You will help set direction, prioritize work, and improve performance across channels, while ensuring efforts are aligned to business goals.

You will also work closely with the various Marketing channels, Product, Data Analytics, and other teams to improve customer experience and retention outcomes and serve as a key retention marketing partner reporting to the Director of Marketing Services. This is a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Manage retention performance across the customer lifecycle, including engagement, renewal, and win-back Manage and develop channel owners across email, social, direct mail, and reputation Set priorities and ensure work is aligned to business impact, not just activity Review plans, improve decision-making, and raise the quality of execution across the team Partner with Product, Support, Traffic, CRO, and Data teams to identify and address drivers of churn and customer experience issues Represent retention marketing in cross-functional initiatives, including acquisition integrations Use data and testing to improve performance and inform decisions Communicate performance, risks, and recommendations clearly to leadership Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, with at least 2 years in a people management role Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and personalization Proven experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams Experience working with email marketing platforms and customer data Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment Competitive salary and annual bonus Flexible time off and company-recognized holidays 401k pension plan with company match contributions Short-term and long-term disability Life insurance, including basic, voluntary, and AD&D Healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, and MDLive Flexible spending and health savings accounts (HSA)
