Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our Special Education Program Mental Health Team. This role primarily functions in a remote setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements while delivering important services from the comfort of your home office. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating in a multidisciplinary team, engaging with colleagues virtually to support students' diverse needs. • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students with a broad range of emotional and behavioral needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools relevant to special education.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's specific challenges, integrating best practices from evidence-based therapies.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions aimed at improving social skills, emotional regulation, and stress management, often using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and play therapy.
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and family members to ensure coordinated care, attending virtual meetings and providing updates on student progress.
• Support students in crisis situations through immediate intervention strategies and provide timely resources for families in need of additional support.
• Educate students and their families about mental health conditions and identify appropriate community resources, helping to empower them on their journey to mental well-being.
• Document all client interactions and treatment updates in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, team meetings, and case reviews to enhance collaborative practices and stay current with best practices.

You will work primarily with students experiencing autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other learning disabilities, as well as those facing emotional and behavioral challenges. Your role will be crucial in facilitating their adjustment and success in school settings and providing them with coping mechanisms and emotional support.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Georgia.
• A strong foundation in clinical competencies, including mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
• Proficiency in crisis intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of building rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on children and adolescents in special education contexts preferred.
• Experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations and familiarity with issues that affect children in educational settings.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and tools for remote counseling.

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including:
