• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, establishing a foundation for effective treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to articulate therapeutic goals, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle caseloads efficiently and maintain necessary administrative tasks.
