• Establish concrete therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress through regular follow-ups and adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Utilize teletherapy tools and virtual platforms to provide accessible care, particularly for clients with mobility challenges or those preferring remote services.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring the safety and privacy of each client.

Your work will involve interacting with a diverse clientele facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
