• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, substance use history, and specific treatment needs.
• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that not only focus on mental health but also integrate techniques for managing substance use disorders.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, drawing on methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer support specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.
• Provide guidance and educational resources to clients' families, fostering an environment of support that aids in the recovery process.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records in line with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is up to date and reflective of the clients' progress.

You will primarily work with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and substance abuse disorders. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds, and many may experience unique stressors related to neurodiversity, making a compassionate and tailored approach essential for effective treatment.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills, with the ability to establish rapport and enable clients' journeys toward recovery.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Specialized training or certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and experience working with neurodiverse populations.
• Previous experience in a telehealth environment is valued, with familiarity in using digital tools and platforms for client engagement.
• Experience in family therapy or support groups, enhancing the therapeutic process through collective familial involvement.
