Job description

Position Summary

The Event Staff Experience Coordinator will coordinate all aspects of Part Time Game Day Staff communications, payroll processing, event scheduling, game day staff budgets and act as the liaison of part-time staff to Human Resources.  This role will report directly to the Event Staff Operations Manager who oversees the part-time event staff management. In addition to the primary responsibilities, the coordinator will assist the 50/50 game day operation, manage our ABI software and vendor relationship, partner with Merchandise for hiring, onboarding, and training of part-time staff. This role will also manage the overall part-time employee record keeping, game day staff party organization and event staff experience team. This role will partner with our Event Operations team on special event staffing needs.

Reporting Relationships

The Event Staff Experience Coordinator will report to the Event Staff Operations Manager.

 Position Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain day-to-day staff communication including training seasonal associates to communicate effectively and efficiently.
  • This position is directly responsible for part-time staff hiring management, including posting positions, interview management, onboarding and training management.
  • Manage the ABI MasterMind program and maintain and update event schedules for Game Day Staff.
  • Evaluate Game Day Staff performance, manage employee points, create and send employee performance notification letters and termination letters.
  • Update and track Game Day Staff feedback and discipline.
  • Liaison to Human Resources and Accounting departments to ensure Game Day Staff employment files are up to date and payroll adjustments are processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the Eagles Autism Foundation's 50/50 Raffle Operation on Eagles Game Days. Oversee a part-time raffle team of 40+ staff members.
  • Manage employment verifications for current and prior employees.
  • Analyze employee feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  • Manage and organize Employee Check-In.
  • Partner with Merchandise and coordinate all aspects part-time staff as described above.
  • Partner with Event Operations on special event staffing needs, scheduling and positioning.
  • Plan, organize and execute part-time staff post season party.
  • Work all events at Lincoln Financial Field as well as Game Day Staff related events.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Event Staff Operations Manager.

 Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of professional administrative support experience required
  • College degree required
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all business matters
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills required, with excellent organizational, planning abilities
  • Should have strong interest or background in Customer Service and Operations
  • Preferably has previous ABI or other staff management systems experience
