All paperwork and billing responsibilities will be handled for you, allowing you ample time to concentrate on your patients.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via video chat, providing support and guidance to enhance clients' mental well-being.
• Engage clients in discussions about their emotions and experiences, helping them to gain insights and foster personal growth.
• Act as an advocate for clients' needs, assisting them in defining realistic treatment goals.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, and develop and implement customized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within the provided online dashboard.

Your clientele will primarily consist of pre-screened, stable adults dealing with low-acuity mental health challenges. Importantly, there are no severe mental health patients within this caseload, allowing you to focus on therapeutic practices tailored to a less acute demographic. Clients will be matched to you according to your specialties and preferred demographics, ensuring a more effective therapeutic fit.

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a current LCSW license and be eligible to practice independently without supervision.
• Ability to perform professional evaluations, make informed treatment decisions, and recommend action plans for clients.
