• Conduct therapy sessions with clients via phone, video chat, or messaging through our proprietary app.
• Provide psychological treatment to clients who are stable and present low acuity during structured 30- or 45-minute sessions.
• Explore and address a variety of conditions impacting clients, such as ADHD, OCD, grief, weight disorders, relationship issues, and more.
• Utilize our screening tools to ensure you connect with clients who best fit your expertise and preferred therapeutic methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams when necessary to discuss treatment strategies and enhance patient outcomes.

Our clientele comprises individuals dealing with relatively stable mental health conditions, which allows for a focused therapeutic approach. You will have the capability to select up to three specific demographics that align with your skills and interests, making it easier to provide specialized and effective care. The platform supports both individual sessions and follow-up appointments to enhance the therapeutic journey for our clients.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• A valid and independent LMFT license issued by the state of Missouri with no disciplinary actions.
• Reliable access to a computer and a high-speed internet connection (tablets are not permitted).

• Experience in providing therapy via telehealth or remote platforms is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with managing a diverse range of mental health issues, especially those relevant to outpatient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, online environment while maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
