• Perform thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify the unique needs of each patient, guiding the development of comprehensive and individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals and families via teletherapy, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Facilitate educational and supportive group therapy sessions that promote community connections and foster a sense of belonging among participants.
• Work closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care, addressing the multifaceted needs of each patient.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and manage urgent mental health situations effectively and compassionately.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them on their healing journey.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for accurate record-keeping.
• Engage in regular case consultations, contributing to the continuous improvement of our clinical practices.
• Stay informed about the latest research and clinical advancements in the mental health field to enhance therapy practices.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent credentials.
• In-depth knowledge of mental disorders and effective therapeutic methods supported by empirical evidence.
• Experience in conducting mental health evaluations and formulating tailored treatment plans.
• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group counseling sessions to varied client demographics.

• Experience in a community health setting is preferred; familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a significant advantage.
