This role is 100% remote, providing you with the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a professional approach to counseling. You’ll leverage a robust online dashboard designed specifically for mental health professionals, which includes scheduling tools and client management features, ensuring you can focus primarily on your clients’ well-being.

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video conferencing, helping clients articulate and address their mental health concerns.
• Foster a supportive environment by encouraging open discussions about emotions and experiences, allowing clients to gain insights into their behaviors and relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, guiding them in setting achievable mental health goals and monitoring their progress throughout the therapeutic process.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches informed by your clinical expertise.

Your clients will consist of stable adults with low acuity issues, carefully pre-screened to ensure that all individuals are appropriate for remote therapy sessions. You will not be responsible for severe mental health cases, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care without the need for crisis intervention. • A completed Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a fully licensed status as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the ability to practice independently without supervision.
• No limited or provisional licenses, and no disciplinary actions on record.
• Proven ability to evaluate client needs, formulate professional recommendations for treatment planning, and implement effective interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy and a commitment to fostering client engagement.
• Proficiency in using technology and handling digital communication platforms.

• Experience in providing remote counseling services or teletherapy is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities suited for adult clients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, based on hours worked and experience.
