Our client, a leading organization in the learning and development industry, is seeking a Instructional Curriculum Developers-NC to join their team. As a Instructional Curriculum Developers-NC, you will be part of the Learning & Development team supporting various training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for creating impactful learning experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Instructional Curriculum Developers-NC
Location: North Carolina - REMOTE

What's the Job?

  • Design and develop engaging learning content for various training programs and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and training teams to identify learning needs and create effective instructional materials.
  • Develop performance support tools, job aids, assessments, and activities tailored to learner needs.
  • Conduct end-user testing and validation to ensure the relevance, quality, and accuracy of training materials.
  • Utilize advanced eLearning tools such as Storyline or Captivate to produce high-quality digital content.
What's Needed?
  • 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design and Development.
  • Advanced skills in eLearning development using Storyline or Captivate.
  • Excellent written communication and technical writing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
  • Basic program management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
