Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Temporary 3 to 6 month assignment)
Sarasota, FL | Remote | Contract (Initial 3-month contract with potential extension to 6 months) | Full-Time
CCG is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Human Resources division.

Today, CCG serves the world of collectibles online and at its offices in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Germany and China.
WHAT YOU WILL DO AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates
  • Support the TA team by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining organized, accurate records in the ATS (Paycor)
  • Support the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) activity, including data entry, and candidate status updates
  • Assist with planning and execution of recruiting activities on-site and off-site
  • Post job ads to job boards, career sites, and social media channels

WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Strong administrative and clerical background with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage high-volume scheduling and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to speak or communicate in Spanish is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong professionalism with candidates and internal partners
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and follow established workflows
  • Prior HR or recruiting experience is not required, but interest in HR or talent acquisition is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the TA Specialist and HR leadership
  • Full-time availability Monday-Friday, US-Remote, Able to work 8am - 5pm EST hours.
