This role is focused on leading and scaling a multi-disciplinary content organization responsible for delivering high-quality creative output across content, social media, design, and CMS operations. You will translate broader company strategy into clear team execution plans, ensuring alignment, accountability, and consistent delivery across all content functions. The position requires a strong mix of leadership, operational oversight, and people management, with responsibility for maintaining team performance and removing bottlenecks that impact delivery speed. You will play a key role in shaping how creative workflows are structured and executed in a fast-paced digital environment. Beyond operations, you will actively develop team members, drive performance management, and ensure a high standard of output across all disciplines. This is a fully managerial role for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning strategy into structured execution.

Accountabilities:

The Content Manager is responsible for leading the content department, ensuring operational efficiency, team performance, and alignment with business priorities across all creative functions.

  • Define and translate company strategy into clear team objectives, ownership, and execution plans
  • Set KPIs, performance standards, and accountability frameworks for individuals and the wider team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across content, social, design, and CMS workflows
  • Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on business needs and team capacity
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies to ensure smooth delivery
  • Lead performance management processes, including feedback, evaluations, and development plans
  • Support hiring, onboarding, restructuring, and offboarding activities as needed

Requirements

This role requires strong leadership experience in content or creative environments, with proven ability to manage teams, drive accountability, and optimize operational workflows.

  • 2+ years of experience in team leadership, people management, or department management roles
  • Experience in content, social media, marketing, design, or CMS-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows and cross-functional content operations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, workflows, and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with performance management, team development, and operational oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to balance empathy, structure, and decisiveness in leadership situations
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability orientation
  • Experience in iGaming or similar fast-paced digital industries is a plus
