Job description

At Veracity, we aim to be a different kind of insurance partner - one that is free from outside investors, venture capital, or the pressures of a corporate parent.
Ours is a culture of empowerment - one that believes in effort, results, and accountability. We believe that transparency fosters trust, trust fosters growth, and that growth drives innovation. Our commitment to rigorous evaluation and relentless execution lead to rapid evolution.
We answer only to the small business owners we serve, and this independence allows us to stay focused on what matters most: helping their businesses thrive by providing expert guidance and best-in-class insurance policies.
We're growing fast and want you to be a part of it!
We're seeking a driven and talented Content Amplification Manager to lead how our existing content gets repurposed, distributed, syndicated, and optimized across social, video, communities, PR, and third-party publishing.
Reporting to the Director of Content, this remote role manages the Content Amplification Team and builds the repeatable systems, workflows, and channel playbooks that helps our content reach more people and deliver more measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who loves content operations, distribution, channel optimization, and repurposing. You won't own the editorial calendar; you'll own the engine that extends the life, reach, and performance of the content we already create.
This is a systems + leadership role: you'll build repeatable amplification programs, run them across channels, measure what works, and keep improving the process over time.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Content Amplification team, including helping to hire, onboard, and stand up our video capability
  • Build the operating rhythm for intake, prioritization, sprint planning, QA, reporting, and optimization
  • Create channel playbooks for social, video, repurposing, syndication, and thought leadership
  • Partner closely with PMMs, Paid, Email, Marketing Ops, Data/Dev, and Compliance to keep launches aligned and moving
  • Build and improve AI-assisted workflows for briefing, repurposing, QA, reporting, and distribution at scale
  • Expand reach through third-party publishing, guest posting, syndication, influencer/partner programs, and executive/employee advocacy
  • Own measurement standards, best practices, and reporting loops that turn learnings into next actions
  • Help the team find what's working, amplify it harder, and feed those insights back into the broader content engine
  • Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years in content marketing, digital marketing, distribution, or amplification
  • 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Ability to build a team, function, or workflow from scratch and know how to turn ambiguity into process
  • Understand how to operationalize AI beyond "I use it sometimes"
  • Ability to build repeatable playbooks without building a bureaucratic nightmare
  • Strong in cross-functional collaboration and can work well with creative, technical, and compliance-minded partners
  • Understand how to measure what matters and separate signal from vanity metrics
  • If working from a remote locale, can travel for required Marketing / occasional leadership or other in-person corporate events (<5%)

Preferred
  • Insurance, financial services, or other regulated-industry experience
  • Experience with video or social-first creative operations
  • Familiarity with automation tools, dashboards, APIs/webhooks, or SEO tools like Semrush and Ahrefs
  • Experience with influencer/partner distribution, syndication, or thought leadership programs

Perks
  • Health, dental, and vision plans
  • Amazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off
  • 10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays
  • 401K Programs with employer match
  • Personal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work life

Why Veracity?
Here at Veracity, you'll be part of a team of trailblazers and visionaries. We're not just revolutionizing the way people "do" insurance; we are creating a whole new paradigm. Here, you will experience a vibrant and inclusive workplace where your ideas matter! With us, you have a chance to:
  • Engage in groundbreaking projects that are reshaping the insurance landscape
  • Collaborate with a group of dedicated, like-minded professionals
  • Experience a culture that prioritizes growth and development

Compensation Range: $85k/yr - $105k/yr
We are proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. We are committed to providing equal opportunities to all qualified applicants, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or any other legally protected characteristics.
If you need accommodation, please let us know during the interview process.
