Job description

Likeable is looking for a highly creative, social-obsessed Social Creative / Creative Manager to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes internet culture, spends way too much time on TikTok and Reels (in the best way), and has a strong eye for what makes content feel fresh, engaging, and socially native.
You'll work across a variety of brands and industries, helping concept, design, organize, and execute social-first creative ideas. One day you may be creating a visual concept deck in Canva for a food brand, the next sourcing creators for a campaign, brainstorming trend-driven concepts, or editing quick-turn social content.
We're looking for someone who is equal parts creative thinker and organized executor - someone who loves social media, understands community and culture, and is excited to learn and grow within a fast-paced agency environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Concept social-first content ideas for brands across TikTok, Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms
  • Design visual concept decks, moodboards, and creative presentations. (Canva experience welcome!)
  • Support creative ideation and trend-based brainstorming sessions across multiple accounts
  • Write social copy including captions, hooks, and concept descriptions
  • Source creators, influencers, and talent for social campaigns and content shoots
  • Stay deeply tapped into social trends, creators, internet culture, memes, and platform behavior
  • Assist in organizing creative workflows, references, decks, and content deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, content, and account teams
  • Support lo-fi social content capture and light editing when needed
  • Help ensure all creative feels platform-native, culturally relevant, and socially engaging
  • Jump between industries, brands, and creative styles with curiosity and flexibility

COMPETENCIES:
  • Approximately 1-2 years of experience in social media, creative, content, or agency environments
  • Proficiency in Canva required
  • Familiarity with CapCut, TikTok editing tools, or light video editing preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, creator culture, and platform best practices
  • Experience concepting social content and creative ideas
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to write light social copy/captions
  • Experience sourcing creators or working within influencer/creator ecosystems is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Food, beverage, lifestyle, or CPG experience is a plus

BONUS POINTS:
  • Experience creating or appearing in social content
  • Photography or lo-fi content capture experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with creators or influencer campaigns
  • Strong meme/trend instincts and understanding of internet humor

Benefits:
Generous vacation policy, comprehensive healthcare plans, and amazing company culture!
