USA-Remote

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB Developer to assist with the implementation and configuration of our client's CMDB.

Required Skills -ย ย ย 

ServiceNow, CMDB, ITOM, Javascript

Job Duties -ย ย ย 

  • Assist the client with the implementation and configuration of their CMDB
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Communicate best practices and offer guidance for CMDB configuration
  • Create and maintain Business Rules and Workflows as needed

Job Requirements -ย ย ย 

  • Deep expertise with ServiceNow and Configuration Management
  • Should have 4-6 years experience in ServiceNow development, including 2 years experience with CMDB
  • Understanding of CMDB concepts and methodologies and setup and configure CMDB in ServiceNow
  • Understanding of Identification and Reconciliation rules
  • Understanding of CMDB best practices
  • Experience with Discovery in ServiceNow
  • Experience with scripting in ServiceNow
  • Familiarity with Asset Management Lifecycle processes and workflows

Desired Skills & Experience -ย ย ย 

  • Experience with Flexera
  • Past experience with Enterprise systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, Network devices, etc.
