This role will be responsible for coordinating change enablement activities, supporting change enablement deliverables, and ensuring alignment between change efforts and overall project milestones.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience managing multiple workstreams, engaging stakeholders, and supporting governance activities in large-scale transformation projects. By partnering with Change Managers and cross-functional teams, this role will help drive stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution to maximize adoption and minimize disruption during the transition to SAP S/4HANA. The role can be located remotely within the US.

  • Communication & engagement: Draft communications, prepare presentations, and ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Training support: Help design or deliver training sessions to ease adoption of new processes and build awareness
  • Impact analysis: Conduct assessments to identify how changes affect employees, processes, and systems, and who specifically is impacted.
  • Documentation & reporting: Maintain change logs, track progress, and prepare status updates.
  • Administrative support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and provide logistical support for change efforts.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, change management or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience organizational change or project management, preferably in ERP implementations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments
  • Team collaboration and relationship-building

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $85,000 - $105,000 annually, plus benefits and additional incentives based on the level of the role.
