Job description

Description The IT Systems Analyst position partners with departments and staff to analyze operational needs, evaluate technology solutions, coordinate implementations, and support enterprise systems administration. This position performs business and systems analysis, supports enterprise applications, and collaborates with stakeholders and technical teams to improve business processes and system functionality. This recruitment will be used to fill two vacancies.

The position is remote with occasional in-office work as required. Ideal candidates will have experience across the full lifecycle of business and systems analysis, implementation coordination, and enterprise systems administration, including requirements gathering, solution evaluation, system configuration, ongoing support, upgrades, and change management. Essential Job Functions Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.

Develop project work plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and statements of work (SOW) for technology initiatives. Coordinate implementation, upgrades, and process improvement efforts for enterprise systems. Analyze business processes and recommend operational and technical improvements.

Configure, administer, document, and support enterprise systems and applications, including user support. Facilitate testing, upgrades, patches, and change management activities. Maintain system documentation, workflows, permissions, and support materials.

Support system security, backups, and operational continuity. Troubleshoot complex system issues and coordinate resolution with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams. Communicate system changes and technical information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Support continuous improvement and long-term system stability. Qualifications Ideal candidates demonstrate: Knowledge of business analysis principles, including business requirements gathering and process documentation. Knowledge of project management methodologies and technology implementation practices.

Knowledge of enterprise systems administration, including security, backup procedures, and change management. Experience with enterprise applications in SaaS and/or client-server environments. Technical aptitude in system configuration, reporting tools, workflow management, scripting, automation, or related technologies.

Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective technical solutions. Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills, including the ability to work professionally with staff, partner agencies, and the public. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships across departments.

Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Education and Experience Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered as qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: An Associate' degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science, information technology, human resources, business, finance, or a related field; AND over three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in: Technology project management, including development of work plans, work breakdown structure, schedules, and statements of work.

Enterprise system administration, including configuration, user administration, upgrades, documentation, and change management. Or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
