Business Systems Analyst / 100% Remote / (Seattle, WA)Overview
  • We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support critical Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives, with a strong focus on enhancing the program.
  • This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to drive system improvements, gather and refine requirements, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts across key talent cycles.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for a BSA with hands-on UAT experience and HR systems expertise to make an immediate impact within a highly visible program.

Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Act as the liaison between HR, product, and engineering teams

Talent Cycle Operational Support
  • Support system readiness for key talent cycles (mid-year and annual reviews)
  • Monitor system performance during live cycles and troubleshoot issues in real time
  • Provide guidance and support to end users
Documentation & Process Improvement
  • Maintain business requirements, process documentation, and job aids
  • Identify and recommend process improvements
  • Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning
Data Validation & Reporting
  • Validate data accuracy across talent systems
  • Support reporting needs and assist with data analysis to inform decisions
Backlog & Continuous Improvement
  • Support backlog management for talent system enhancements
  • Participate in prioritization and sprint planning discussions

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $53.00/hr.
