Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst Location-Type: Hybrid, Charlotte, NC (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office; Monday and Friday remote) Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 6 months Compensation Range: $45.39/hr - $53.40/hr Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into effective solutions within the client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Field Service platform while supporting integrations, requirements documentation, and validation testing. Job Summary •Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, third-party vendors, and end users to gather and translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. •Gather, analyze, and document business processes, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and supporting solution documentation. •Collaborate with the solutions architect to support solution design discussions and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives and platform capabilities. •Develop and execute functional test scripts, support system integration and user acceptance testing, and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations. •Support the implementation of new features, system integrations, data migrations, and enhancements across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related business applications. •Analyze system performance, data quality, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and application optimization. •Maintain accurate requirements documentation, testing artifacts, and knowledge base content to support ongoing system maintenance and future enhancements.
