Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced TA Operations / Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in supporting their Talent Acquisition technology platform . You will work closely with People teams and the TA Team to support all TA technology platform queries, requiring a strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting processes and the ability to recommend technology-driven improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level operational support for related queries
  • Act as System Administrator f and/or similar SaaS TA platforms
  • Analyse usage of technology platforms and assist with subscription administration
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to improve process efficiency and technology adoption
  • Support change/enhancement projects including testing, training, and documentation
  • Conduct process mapping using MS Visio
  • Extract reports prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as required
Required Skills
  • Solid experience as a System Administrator in or similar SaaS TA platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes
  • Experience with TA platforms such as Workday Recruiting, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, or iCIMS
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across regions in a virtual team environment
Preferred Skills
  • Certified Admin certification
  • Experience with configuration
  • Background in TA operations or HR technology management
