• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing positive and trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to assess progress, ensure stability, plan future appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges when necessary.
• Design, implement, and closely monitor individualized treatment plans that prioritize the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including detailed progress notes for each client interaction.
• Carry out thorough intake assessments to appropriately evaluate new clients and establish initial treatment goals.
• Provide individual counseling sessions weekly, adapting techniques to meet client needs and progress.
• Engage in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and integrate feedback into practice.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatric practitioners, to create cohesive care strategies.
• Embrace a growth mindset by seeking continuous improvement in clinical practice and client interactions.

This role operates within a community health clinic framework, engaging with a diverse outpatient population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. You will provide therapy for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems, ensuring clients receive compassionate and effective support.

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
• Possess a current and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential, ensuring unrestricted and independent practice.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
• Proficient in using various computer programs including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective documentation and communication.

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing proficiency in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
• A comfort level with completing intake assessments that facilitate a clear understanding of clients' challenges and strengths.

The Foster Future Foundation offers a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure follows a fee-for-service model, providing financial security through guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, eliminating delays in reimbursements.
