The work setting allows for a fully remote experience, facilitating a flexible schedule that balances personal and professional commitments. Your work hours will typically span from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend obligations, ensuring that you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

• Manage a caseload of clients, conducting thorough intake assessments, analyzing mental health statuses, and establishing personalized treatment plans.
• Engage with clients regularly to monitor their progress and provide ongoing support; facilitate therapy sessions aimed at exploring their challenges and fostering resilience.
• Document each client interaction meticulously, maintaining progress notes that adhere to HIPAA guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and the best outcomes for clients.
• Participate in individual and peer supervision to enhance clinical skills and adhere to professional standards and ethics.
• Maintain a growth mindset, continually seeking opportunities for professional and personal development in mental health practices and trends.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied client population, including individuals facing challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. You will have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of a diverse group of clients and help them navigate their paths to recovery through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduation, demonstrating ability in practicing therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional critical thinking and communication skills, particularly the ability to listen and respond to client needs effectively.

Experience working with a range of mental health issues is highly desirable, particularly in outpatient settings. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additional certification in specific treatment areas would be a plus.

The compensation for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We employ a fee-for-service model, which ensures guaranteed rates are paid ahead of collections, eliminating the wait for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
