Job description

Turn complexity into clarity. Lead the engine that powers patient access to care.
At SimonMed Imaging, revenue cycle is not just a back-office function-it's a critical driver of patient access, operational performance, and organizational growth. We are looking for a leader who sees beyond claims and collections-someone who can transform processes, inspire teams, and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across leadership, where your decisions directly influence how quickly patients receive care and how effectively our network performs. If you are energized by solving complex problems, driving measurable outcomes, and building scalable solutions, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
What You Bring
Your drive to make a difference: You care about more than numbers-you want your work to matter to real patients.
  • Team leadership skills: 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset.
  • Self-direction: You thrive independently, managing your schedule and priorities without needing to be in the same room.
  • Data & automation expertise: 3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs.
  • Poise under pressure: You move quickly, adapt when payer trends shift, and keep your team focused in complex situations.

What You'll Gain
  • Purpose-driven work: Your leadership directly improves patient access to care across our nationwide network.
  • A collaborative team: You'll partner with clinical, IT, AP, and operations teams who are aligned and invested in shared success.

  • Flexible work environment: Fully remote with approximately 10-20% travel.

  • Modern systems and tools: We invest in EMR/PM integrations, offshore partnerships, and vendor technology.

  • Strong organizational support: Leadership backing, clear escalation paths, and a team that grows with you.

You're a Strong Fit if You Have
• 5+ years of RCM leadership experience
• Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred
• Expertise in denial management and root cause analysis
• Offshore vendor management experience preferred
• 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience
• Coding experience and familiarity with Imagine systems a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
Benefits
Your health, happiness and future matters!
At SimonMed Imaging, we offer:
  • Competitive wages
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401(k) eligibility
  • Pet Insurance
  • Paid holidays
  • PTO
  • Sick Time

We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
