Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to identify clientsโ€™ mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals, employing methods like structured interviews and standardized assessment tools.
  • Facilitate engaging one-on-one counseling sessions to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as CBT or mindfulness.
  • Manage couples and family therapy sessions, helping clients navigate relationship dynamics, communication barriers, and family conflicts through a systemic lens.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting, as necessary, to ensure optimal client engagement and progress.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, using de-escalation techniques and resource referrals.
