Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney – Junior to Midlevel

Direct Counsel is representing an AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Junior to Midlevel Insurance Recovery Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Insurance Recovery practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2+ years of insurance policyholder experience to work on sophisticated, high-profile insurance coverage disputes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of insurance policyholder experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique, or
  • 1 year of insurance policyholder experience combined with a federal judicial clerkship
  • Experience handling commercial insurance coverage matters on behalf of policyholders
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school
