Work Environment

This role operates in a fully remote setting, ensuring that our therapists can provide services from their preferred locations while maintaining connectivity with our supportive team. Our outpatient facility provides a client-centered approach, using telehealth platforms to facilitate flexible therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough mental health evaluations and forming tailored treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.
• Maintaining a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up, including ongoing assessments and treatment reviews according to our practices.
• Delivering engaging and effective therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, leveraging creative interventions to help clients overcome their challenges and achieve their therapy goals.
• Providing exceptional client service by establishing and nurturing therapeutic relationships, integrating feedback, and adapting strategies to enhance client engagement.
• Coordinating care with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers, schools, and medical staff, to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
• Documenting each session meticulously as per company guidelines, ensuring clarity and confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families experiencing challenges related to relationship dynamics, emotional disturbances, and various mental health issues. Our therapeutic services aim to empower clients through tailored interventions, resilience building, and evidence-based strategies to support their journey to wellness.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and foster a safe therapeutic environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, including different age groups and varying mental health challenges.
• A working knowledge of community resources and the local healthcare landscape.
