We are seeking a Remote Med Insurance Claims Rep for California Residents this is a busy managed care healthcare environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented medical claims professional with payer-side insurance experience who understands claims review, denials, coding guidelines, provider follow-up, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, research, and resolve medical insurance claims in accordance with internal procedures and payer guidelines.
- Follow up with providers regarding claim discrepancies, denials, missing information, and resolution status.
- Research coding issues related to ICD-10, CPT, billing accuracy, and medical claim requirements.
- Partner with billing, coding, and claims teams to identify, correct, and prevent claim issues.
- Document claim activity, follow-up actions, and resolution details accurately in internal systems.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and confidentiality in a remote claims processing environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
- Work arrangement: Remote.
- Location: Bakersfield, CA.
