Client Sales & Service Representative (Remote)

Work From Home | U.S. & Canada | Flexible Schedule | Training Provided

We're expanding our remote team and are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others and communicating with customers. Whether you're starting your career, changing industries, or bringing previous customer-facing experience, we provide the training and support to help you succeed.

In this role, you'll meet with individuals who have requested information about available benefit options. Through scheduled virtual appointments, you'll answer questions, explain available solutions, and guide clients through the enrollment process in a professional and supportive manner.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with clients through scheduled virtual appointments.
  • Listen to each client's needs and provide clear, helpful information.
  • Explain available benefit options and answer questions.
  • Guide clients through applications and required documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Follow up with clients as needed to provide ongoing assistance.
  • Participate in virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
