What You'll Do

As an Assistant Program Director, you'll help lead before and after school programs serving elementary students across multiple school locations.

  • Help manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.

  • Step into leadership responsibilities whenever a Site Leader is absent.
  • Participate in leadership development, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Previous child care experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
  • This role requires someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, adapts well to change, and is excited to support multiple school communities.
