  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, or similar AI tools.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, cloud technologies, or related IT roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes and Docker
  • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms and end users.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience configuring and supporting cloud-based applications and services.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow.
  • Experience supporting enterprise knowledge management solutions.
  • Experience creating, configuring, or supporting AI agents and chatbots.
  • Exposure to AI governance, adoption, or change management initiatives.

Nice-to-Have Skills
  • ServiceNow Agent capabilities
  • AI chatbot creation and administration
  • Enterprise AI adoption programs
  • Knowledge management systems
  • AI training and stakeholder enablement

What Success Looks Like
