Title: AI Engineer (Copilot Studio)

Location: Dublin, CA or Remote

Top Requirements - (Must haves)
Copilot Studio agent creation (not just Copilot Chat)
Strong Power Platform foundation
"If you don't know Power Platform, you cannot build it."
Hands on Azure experience
Azure backend / foundations used in this chatbot
Chatbot build experience with real examples
Support & troubleshooting mindset
Strong communication skills
Ability to be hands on ("worker bee")
Tools/ Technologies:
Microsoft Copilot Studio
Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, Virtual Agents)
Azure (backend foundations)
Microsoft ecosystem collaboration
Hybrid enterprise environment with evolving AI roadmap
Duties/Day to Day Overview
Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
Work hands on with Azure foundations supporting agents
Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
Strong communication skills with technical and non technical teams
Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post launch
Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
