Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from a secure location of your choice in Pomona, California, or anywhere in the state. Suitable environments include an outpatient office or a home office equipped with the necessary technology. You will engage with participants through secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing, and use a suite of tools designed for documenting sessions and managing client records efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to client needs.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Utilize our proprietary chatbot to deliver timely therapeutic support, enhancing the client’s engagement and treatment continuity.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client progress and administrative tasks within our secure web-based platform.
• Engage with clients to build trusting relationships, essential for effective therapeutic outcomes in a virtual setting.
• Stay informed on state telehealth policies and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices in service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses on providing mental healthcare to a diverse range of clients with varying behavioral health challenges. You will primarily work with adolescents aged 8 years and older, as well as adults, ensuring accessible mental health support to those in need. By employing telehealth methodologies, you will be at the forefront of delivering critical support that can lead to improved patient outcomes and overall community mental wellness.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work is required.
• Current and valid California LCSW license.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients in a digital environment, showcasing strong virtual communication skills.
