Job description

Generative AI Lead

We are hiring a Generative AI Lead to spearhead AI innovation at our Pleasanton, CA office. You will lead a team building next-generation GenAI solutions — from LLM-powered applications to multimodal systems — and drive the AI strategy across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of Generative AI solutions across product lines
  • Evaluate and select appropriate foundation models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) for enterprise use cases
  • Oversee prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RLHF, and model evaluation practices
  • Build responsible AI frameworks including guardrails, bias detection, and explainability
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define and execute the AI product strategy
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers
Requirements
  • 10+ years of AI/ML or software engineering experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying Generative AI applications at scale
  • Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, LLMs, and foundation models
  • Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
  • Strong Python skills and familiarity with MLOps practices
  • US Green Card or Citizenship required
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Pleasanton, CA
