Description: LOCAL CANDIDATES HIGHLY PREFERRED. Per the hiring team: "We are considering both local and non-local candidates. However, IT does have asset restrictions with out-of-state contractors which may restrict their ability to get a physical laptop - Local is highly preferred"

We are seeking to hire a Full-Stack Data Analyst/Web App Developer with strong experience in both data analysis and web application deployment. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, particularly with libraries such as pandas and NumPy, and familiar with web frameworks like Dash or Flask. A solid command of SQL is essential, along with hands-on experience deploying web applications on Windows-based SQL Web Servers. Familiarity with GitHub for version control is also required. Bonus qualifications include experience with .NET (especially for integration with SQL Server or deployment via IIS), Power BI, GIS tools such as KMZ or shapefile creation, and Windows Server administration (e.g., configuring services or setting up task schedulers).
