Job description

A BIT ABOUT YOU:

You're resourceful, relationship-driven, and energized by the opportunity to work at the intersection of brands, creators, and culture. You thrive in fast-moving environments, love spotting strategic alignment, and are excited to help shape how consumers engage with real-world experiences from discovering a new restaurant to planning the perfect night out.

A BIT ABOUT US:

Imagine TikTok for your city where 10,000+ cities each have their own dedicated video feeds and local creator communities. We're powering the discovery of over 150 million real-world experiences and are among the fastest-growing platforms for dining, nightlife, and travel exploration.

We currently rank in the Top 100 on the App Store in 40 countries, work with over 3 million businesses worldwide, and are scaling across 150+ countries. With millions of highly engaged users and a 4.8-star average from 25K+ reviews, our growth has been fueled by community-driven, short-form video.

For businesses, we offer a revolutionary, zero-effort approach to social media. We solve the biggest challenge brands face creating engaging content by doing it for them. We launch your profile, source video from top creators, and track foot traffic and purchases using GPS-based attribution. It's completely hands-off, but drives real, measurable results.

Our B2B solution is trusted by brands like Fairmont, Taco Bell, Chipotle, Ruth's Chris Steak House, Omnia Nightclub, and even major festivals like Coachella.

We also recently launched a global partner program for in-app bookings, with integrations spanning travel and dining platforms. We've been covered by outlets including TechCrunch, Fortune, ABC, and NBC and were just featured in Yahoo Finance for launching a travel rewards wallet backed by a major financial partner:

Our team is built by talent from top platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and we're supported by world-class investors including Redpoint Ventures, Streamlined Ventures, Village Global, and global music talent Kygo.

We believe diversity drives innovation. We welcome and encourage all to apply regardless of race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran or disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Applicants with criminal histories are considered consistent with the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Specialist to help expand our network of strategic partners across dining, nightlife, travel, and lifestyle. You'll play a key role in sourcing, developing, and executing partnerships that drive value for both users and brands with a focus on growth, engagement, and monetization.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pitch, and close partnership opportunities with brands, agencies, and local businesses

  • Support the development of scalable partner programs and campaign frameworks

  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across marketing, product, and creator teams to activate partners

  • Track partner success metrics and identify opportunities for upsell and deeper integration

  • Contribute to go-to-market materials, pitch decks, and branded collaboration strategies

  • Stay ahead of trends in local discovery, creator commerce, and consumer behavior

Requirements:
  • 24+ years of experience in partnerships, brand marketing, or strategic sales

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with external partners

  • A strategic mindset with comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical rigor

  • Bonus: Experience working with consumer brands in dining, travel, or lifestyle categories

  • Bonus: Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms, APIs, or campaign tracking tool
