Translate channel-specific performance data into clear creative insights and testing roadmaps.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work hand-in-hand with the entire Growth team-specifically collaborating with individual channel owners-to align creative production with channel budgets, scaling targets, and growth goals. Partner with Capital One's Brand team to ensure brand safety parameters while pushing the boundaries of performance creative.

  • Ensure Compliance & Operational Excellence: Audit active campaigns and maintain strict adherence to existing compliance processes within a highly regulated corporate environment. Liaise with internal risk and legal teams to document and quickly remediate any compliance issues.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience.

  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or paid acquisition.

  • At least 3 years of experience driving creative strategy and execution for paid social, video, or display advertising channels.

  • At least 3 years of experience managing creative testing pipelines and partnering closely with paid media channel owners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.

  • Proven track record as a meaningful contributor to a successful mobile app's rapid growth through conversion-focused performance creative.

  • Deep hands-on experience designing winning performance creative for app-focused acquisition channels, specifically Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

  • Expertise in sourcing and scaling ad content through diverse channels, including user-generated content (UGC), creator networks, third-party agencies, and internal studios.

  • Experience managing a high-volume performance creative pipeline, including writing briefs, analyzing video metrics (e.g., hook rates, watch time), and collaborating with design teams to rapidly iterate on ad assets.

  • Strong experience navigating strict compliance, legal, and risk frameworks within a highly regulated industry or corporate environment.
