Job description

Lucid is continuing to grow our brand-a post luxury automotive company centered on sustainability and the human experience. As we expand, we are always looking to connect with passionate, customer focused talent who are excited about shaping the future of electric mobility. 

This posting is designed to build a strong talent pipeline for future Part Time Brand Ambassador opportunities within our studios. While specific openings may vary by location and timing, we encourage interested candidates to apply and start a conversation with us. 

Lucid also will have Seasonal Brand Ambassador needs that generally begin in November through the holiday season.   By applying, you are expressing interest in being considered for future seasonal opportunities as they become available. Candidates who apply early may be contacted as workforce needs are confirmed closer to the holiday season. 

The Opportunity 

Brand Ambassadors are the first point of engagement for guests visiting a Lucid Studio. They play a critical role in delivering an elevated customer experience, creating brand connection, and supporting daily studio operations. 

This is a part-time role that requires flexibility, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.   Part Time Brand Ambassador can expect to work between 20-25 hours per week.    

What You'll Do 

  • Welcome guests, answer general inquiries, and schedule test drives 
  • Capture high quality customer leads and interactions in CRM (Salesforce) 
  • Conduct customer needs assessments (budget, preferences, timing) 
  • Recommend suitable vehicles based on customer needs 
  • Refer high potential leads to Sales Specialists 
  • Ensure guests are directed to the appropriate next step in their journey 
  • Build deep knowledge of the Lucid brand, vehicles, and services 
  • Explain vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to stimulate consideration 
  • Provide backend operational support (order paperwork, order/vehicle status clarity) 
  • Support studio operations, including opening/closing checklists 
  • Ensure test drive and showcase vehicles are clean, charged, and ready 
  • Assist with facility needs (refreshments, maintenance requests) 
  • Support day to day studio operations as needed 

What You Bring 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences 
  • Experience in a customer facing environment (retail, hospitality, food service, etc.) 
  • Patience, professionalism, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting 
  • Interest in electric vehicles and enthusiasm for building the Lucid brand 

Qualifications 

  • Flexible availability including extended holiday mall hours, holidays and weekends 
  • 18 years old minimum 
  • High School diploma/GED required  
  • Prior experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce highly preferred  
  • Authorized to work in the USA (visas sponsorship not available) 
  • Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.  
  • Where permitted by law, successful completion of a drug test and background check including, but not limited to, criminal records are a condition of employment for Lucid sales centers 
  • Valid driver's license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire 
  • Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
