Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Illinois gaming industry. Build strong, long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, focusing on offering customized VGT solutions.

  • Compliance Focus: Ensure that all sales activities and agreements comply with the Illinois Gaming Board's stringent regulations, including proper licensing for all partners.
  • Negotiation amp; Closing Deals: Manage the entire sales process from initial client contact through final agreement and implementation, securing deals that align with company goals and IGB rules.
  • Client Management: Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide after-sales support, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Reporting amp; Analysis: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Regularly update leadership with key market insights and sales trends.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes within the gaming and hospitality space.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 21 and ability to pass Illinois Gaming Board's background investigation.
  • Strict adherence to IGB rules and regulations for gaming terminal operators.
  • Proven sales experience, with CRM/Salesforce knowledge preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and grow within the role.
